Banana Choco-Smoothie
A simple, delicious smoothie great for breakfast or desert, the chocolate banana smoothie takes only five minutes to make and is sure to impress your guests. To start, you’ll need 6 ounces of semi-sweet Belgian chocolate, a ripe banana, a cup of low fat milk and a cup of ice. Combine in a blender until smooth – if you want to add more flavor, consider adding frozen fruit such as strawberries.

Triple Hot Chocolate
For the days when it’s a bit colder, you can make triple hot chocolate, which is sure to help warm you up. To start, combine a half cup of semi-sweet Belgian chocolate along with a half-cup of low fat milk and microwave until its smooth (for about 30 seconds.) Then, mix in a quarter tea spoon of cinnamon, a dash of brown sugar and another half cup of low fat (cold) milk – top with whipped cream and pieces of chocolate to taste.
